Co-owner of the company. Chairman of the Board.

Graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and Michigan Technological University. Previously worked for Citi and ING Bank Śląski, where he was responsible for all elements of Consumer Risk Management, Credit Policy, Credit Risk Measurement/Analytics, and Credit Risk Modeling across Retail Consumers, SMEs, and Large Corporations.

He has managed several process projects and implemented solutions based on Agile methodology. His key competence is using statistical models to optimize business processes in assets and liabilities. He was a permanent member of ALCO, Risk Committee, and Supervisory Board Audit. He has strongly focused efforts on operational, business, and risk process automation in retail and business segments and implementing Early Warning Systems and fraud detection.

MARCIN CHLEBUS

Co-owner of the company. Chief Data Scientist.

Graduate of the University of Warsaw. Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw in the Quantitative Finance Department. Previously worked for Polskie Technologie and Finalyse.

He specializes in econometrics, statistics, machine learning, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), and advanced predictive model solutions deployment. Highly experienced in business decision and risk modeling, credit risk model building and validation, and statistical analysis of medical research. He combines excellent advanced expertise with wide economic knowledge and business experience.

MICHAŁ LUDWICKI

Data Science Director

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. Previously worked for Bank Millennium, Provident Polska, and Algolytics where he was responsible for Customer Intelligence and Predictive analysis, building automatic mechanisms, and analytic support of marketing campaigns.

He is an experienced leader and Analyst Manager with a successful job history in many industries. He specializes in reporting, analyzing, and machine learning. His motivation is to clearly communicate the knowledge derived from the data to the people and ensure the results are not misinterpreted.

ELŻBIETA POCIASK

Head of Applied Science

Graduate of the Krakow University of Science and Technology. Previously worked for KCRI and the Medical University of Silesia. Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering, AGH University of Science and Technology.

More than 10 years of practical experience in medical image analysis, as well as in data analysis. Specialized in statistics and machine learning, building advanced predictive models used in diagnostic and clinical practice.

Committed project and team leader with 7 years of experience, providing essential support to the team and ensuring timely delivery of the highest quality research and clinical trial data.

KAMILA KUJAWA

Financing Manager

Graduate of the Łódź University and Kozminski University of Warsaw. She has worked with many companies, including NASK, EGC, and Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute (ICZMP) where she dealt with the preparation and settlement of projects co-financed by the EU, the implementation of research, scientific and infrastructural projects in the field of health, and the preparation of applications for co-financing for research projects in the field of IT and industrial automation.

She has extensive experience in obtaining funding for research projects and is an expert in business consulting.
